Diversified Labor ForceThe most important thing any business needs is a strong labor pool. Fawn River Crossing has a great one. Our region has long been a powerful and diverse manufacturing center, where we have made everything from baby formula to truck bodies, pharmaceuticals to automotive components. We are a major center for motor home/RV manufacturing. And we have quietly become one of the nation’s top furniture-making centers – largely because of the entrepreneurial spirit of Amish craftsmen.

• InfrastructureMany great stories have humble beginnings. Fawn River Crossing’s story began with a sewer line. That multi-jurisdictional cooperative effort led to road, water and other infrastructure improvements designed to make new development cost-effective.
